YUMMY recipe from Athenos





Summer is tomato season! Whether you picked some up from the farmer's market or grow them in your own garden, dice them up and pair with feta for our Feta Bruschetta!
prep time: 10 min
total time: 1 hr 10 min
makes: 1-1/4 cups or 10 servings, 2 Tbsp. topping and 5 crackers each

What You Need:
1 large Tomato, seeded, chopped

1/2 cup ATHENOS Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese

1/4 cup chopped kalamata olives

1/4 cup KRAFT Italian Vinaigrette Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil

RITZ Snowflake Crackers

Make It
COMBINE all ingredients except crackers.
REFRIGERATE 1 hour.
SPOON onto crackers just before serving.
